Victoria originally studied at Falmouth School of Arts, and then moved on to Brunel University to continue her studies. Nowadays she is an exhibiting member of the CCA, and also owns Wave7 gallery in Port Issac, North Cornwall, where she has a working art studio on the ground floor of the gallery.

Her highly successful abstract mirrors are exhibited throughout galleries in the southwest as well as further afield.
